Pen+Pixel has partnered with the Binghamton Umpires Association to launch a fundraising initiative supporting the safety, dignity, and respect of umpires across all sports.
In response to the recent assault on a local umpire, this campaign was created to stand against violence and to raise awareness about a problem that’s not just local — it’s national. From youth leagues to high school and beyond, umpires and referees are facing increasing threats, harassment, and even physical attacks.
We believe it’s time to stand up for the people who keep the game going.
